The internship program will last for up to 12 weeks and will primarily be conducted online, with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings. Interns are expected to commit a minimum of 2 hours per week to the program.

Upon successfully completing the internship, participants will receive a certificate verifying that they have fulfilled all program requirements. This includes fully implementing the tasks outlined in their individual work plans and maintaining a minimum attendance of 80% at the scheduled online meetings.

The internship will be managed by a dedicated consultant who will tailor the program for each participant and facilitate effective communication between interns and their mentors. Mentorship is a crucial component of the internship, as mentors will guide each intern through the program designed by the consultant.
